Human Resources (HR) Internship in Delhi

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Assist in end-to-end recruitment support including resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-ups.Support onboarding and exit formalities such as documentation, ID creation, and asset handover coordination.Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files accurately.Track attendance, leaves, and working hours; assist in payroll inputs and verification.Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including office correspondence, filing, and document management.Coordinate with vendors for office services, maintenance, and supplies; monitor inventory levels.Support office operations by managing meeting schedules, travel arrangements, and logistics.Assist in organizing internal meetings, trainings, and company events.Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and standard operating procedures.Provide operational support to cross-functional teams as required.About Company: Advance services for social and administrative reforms is a reform centric organisation stimulating various social and administrative business reforms around 'ease of doing business' in India with its promotions, bilateral dialogues, workshops in 30 focus economy sectors with unconventional reports, disruptive ecosystems, model RFPs and advance services to bring sector together with govt initiatives like EODB, Digital India, Start-Up India, Make in India and New India.
