Manage onboarding and documentation of interns, faculty, and staff.
Coordinate with content teams, marketing teams, and teaching departments.
Maintain HR records, attendance, and performance tracking sheets.
Draft HR letters, offer letters, warning notices, SOPs, etc.
Schedule meetings and interviews for the founder and managers.
Support HR operations and employee engagement activities.
