Join us as an HR Intern and get hands-on exposure across the entire HR spectrum! We’re looking for someone curious, tech-savvy, and confident—someone who isn’t afraid to speak up, experiment, and build solutions.🔑 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

Support recruitment activities and candidate coordination
Assist in learning initiatives, employee engagement & culture efforts
Handle onboarding, exit formalities, and core HR operations
Work on documentation, data management, and process improvements
Explore and propose tech-based enhancements for HR workflows

🎯 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫

Full-time availability for at least 3 months
Strong tech adaptability and willingness to innovate
Confident communicator with the ability to voice ideas
Comfortable working in ambiguity and solving problems independently
Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
Prior HR internship experience (preferred)
Candidates from Delhi/NCR (preferred)
