Job Title: Business Development Executive

Experience Required: 2–3 Years (Sales/Business Development, preferably in Legal, Compliance, or Professional Services industry)
Qualification: B.Com / Law Graduate (Preferred)

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our Legal & Company Secretary Firm. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in business development, client acquisition, and relationship management, preferably in the legal, compliance, or professional services industry. This role requires someone who understands corporate compliance, legal documentation, and company secretary-related services and can effectively communicate these offerings to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and generate new business opportunities for the firm in the areas of legal, secretarial, compliance, and corporate advisory services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their requirements and offering suitable solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify new target segments, industries, and partnership opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and service pitches to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the legal and CS teams to align client needs with firm capabilities.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle – lead generation, follow-ups, negotiations, and closures.
  • Maintain accurate records of business development activities, pipelines, and client interactions in CRM tools.
  • Represent the firm at networking events, industry forums, and seminars to promote services.
  • Support in preparing marketing materials, brochures, and client communication strategies.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and business goals.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • 2–3 years of experience in sales/business development (preferably in law firms, CA firms, CS firms, or professional services industry).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of corporate laws, compliance frameworks, and legal documentation (advantageous).
  • Ability to build long-term professional relationships with CXOs, promoters, and decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced professional environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Law (LLB).
  • Exposure to legal services, corporate governance, ESOPs, compliance, or company secretary-related services will be a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
