Office Administrative Assistant

As an Office Admin at our Education and Immigration Consultants firm based in South Delhi, Lajpat Nagar 2, you will play a crucial role in assisting students with their application processes, visa procedures, and necessary documentation. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Counselling students and parents regarding their educational aspirations - Understanding each student's profile to recommend appropriate universities and programs - Providing ongoing support to students throughout the admission process - Maintaining an organized database of students for efficient tracking - Representing our firm at seminars hosted by universities - Verifying the authenticity of students" documents - Assisting students in completing application forms, organizing financial documents, and submitting visa applications - Guiding students in creating impactful Statements of Purpose (SOPs) The ideal candidate for this role should possess a strong command of the English language and excellent interpersonal skills. Exposure to the education industry, particularly in international education and immigration sectors, is highly preferred. This position is open to interns and entry-level candidates, with the flexibility to work remotely for two days a week.
