Human Resources (HR) Internship in Chennai

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilites Include

• Recruitment & Onboarding:
• Posting and managing job advertisements on various platforms.
• Screening resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
• Scheduling interviews and assisting with candidate communication, including offer and rejection letters.
• Supporting the onboarding of new hires by preparing paperwork, coordinating orientations, and providing necessary information.
• Administrative Support:
• Maintaining and updating employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Filing HR documents and managing HR files.
• Assisting with general administrative duties to support the HR team's daily operations.
• Employee Relations & Engagement:
• Assisting with organizing employee engagement activities, HR events, and wellness programs.
• Responding to basic employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
• Data & Compliance:
• Helping collect and verify data for payroll and benefits administration.
• Supporting in drafting HR policies and assisting with HR-related research or surveys.
