Job Description

Supervising and coordinating the stewarding team: This involves assigning duties to kitchen stewards, dishwashers, and cleaners, and ensuring they are properly trained. Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene: Ensuring all kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils are clean and sanitized according to hygiene standards. Managing inventory: Monitoring the use and stock of cleaning supplies and placing requisitions when needed. Scheduling and managing staff: Creating work schedules, delegating tasks, and managing attendance. Ensuring compliance: Adhering to health and safety regulations (FSSAI / HACCP). Communicating and coordinating: Working with the culinary team to support kitchen operations, and communicating with other departments. Reporting and maintenance: Conducting regular inspections, reporting maintenance issues, and ensuring the proper use of equipment. Training and development: Training new stewarding staff and ensuring they meet hygiene standards. Motivation and team building: Motivating Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹36,183.05 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Rotational shift Work Location: In person
