Job Description

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Review incoming resumes for both technical and non-technical positions.
Match candidates against job requirements and shortlist profiles.
Maintain candidate tracking sheets/databases.
Reach out to candidates via phone, email, or LinkedIn for role discussions.
Conduct initial screening calls to assess interest, communication, and basic fit.
Share shortlisted profiles with HR managers/recruiters.
Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Send reminders and follow-ups to ensure smooth interview process.
Collect and organize feedback post-interview.
Assist in job postings across portals and social platforms.
Help draft and refine job descriptions.
Support employer branding efforts (social media, outreach).
Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on screening and hiring progress.
Ensure candidate communication records are updated.
