 Strong recruiting knowledge and business acumen to source, assess, and engage potential candidates. Implement a sourcing strategy for the business to meet the staffing needs and build a pipeline for future roles. Executing the end to end hiring process while effectively utilizing the process, systems, and tools. Identify the best online sourcing channels for different requirements. Coordinating with various Universities for campus placements. Assess applicant/candidate quality, skills, and fit to shortlist the best candidate for a position.
