Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities: ï‚· Greet guests and assist them in finding seats, providing menus, and explaining daily specials. ï‚· Serve food and beverages as per standard service procedures. ï‚· Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of service areas, tables, cutlery, and crockery. ï‚· Set up dining tables and buffets as per the event or service requirement. ï‚· Clear tables promptly after guests finish meals. ï‚· Replenish items such as water, condiments, and napkins. ï‚· Coordinate with kitchen staff and ensure timely food delivery. ï‚· Follow health and safety regulations and hotel policies. ï‚· Assist in the setup and breakdown of banquet events. ï‚· Attend briefings and training sessions as required. Requirements: ï‚· Minimum qualification: 10th pass or equivalent. ï‚· Prior experience in a similar role preferred (not mandatory). ï‚· Basic understanding of hygiene and sanitation practices. ï‚· Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items. ï‚· Team player with a positive and respectful attitude. ï‚· Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
