Human Resources (HR) Executive

As a Recruitment and HR Coordinator at Yuvii Consultancy, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, onboarding, and exit formalities. You will have the opportunity to draft and implement HR policies, maintain employee records and database, and organize review meetings and team engagement activities. Additionally, you will support management in performance evaluation and compliance processes.
