Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and coordinate training & development initiatives.
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient, engaging, and conflict-free workplace.
  • Support performance management processes and help organize quarterly and annual performance reviews.
  • Gather and analyze HR data and metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, employee turnover rates).
  • Maintain accurate employee records and files (both electronic and physical).
  • Enhance employee satisfaction by addressing workplace issues promptly, implementing benefits and perks, and organizing team-building activities.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and handle statutory requirements such as ESI, PF, and Professional Tax filings.
