As a Human Resources Executive at Bogmalo Foods And Hospitality LLP, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department and ensuring the smooth functioning of all HR-related tasks. Your proficiency in MS-Office, MS-Excel, and MS-Word, along with strong English proficiency (both spoken and written), will be highly valued in this position. Key Responsibilities Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews. Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations. Support performance management processes, including conducting employee evaluations and facilitating training programs. Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration. Handle employee inquiries and grievances in a professional and timely manner. Contribute to HR projects and initiatives to improve overall employee satisfaction and engagement.
