About The Role We are hiring a full-time HR cum Admin Executive who will be responsible for handling the complete HR and administrative functions of the company. This role is ideal for a fresher who is eager to take ownership, learn fast, and grow with a creative team. Key Responsibilities Create and post job listings on platforms like Internshala, LinkedIn, etc. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates. Schedule interviews and coordinate with interviewers. Handle onboarding of freelancers, part-time staff, and interns. Maintain employee attendance and leave records. Assist in monthly payroll calculation and reporting. Manage employee documentation and file management. Coordinate joining and exit formalities. Oversee day-to-day office administration. Manage inventory, logistics, and office supplies. Support backend coordination for live events. Handle basic expense records.
