Job Description

Are you a highly skilled and organized individual with a passion for Human Resources? Aselea Network is seeking a dynamic HR Executive to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in managing our HR processes and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of the recruitment process, from posting job openings to conducting interviews and making job offers.
Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation and exit interviews.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures.
Assist in developing and implementing training programs for employees to enhance their skills and performance.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, interviews, and events for the HR department.
Manage office operations, including maintaining supplies, organizing meetings, and providing administrative support.
Utilize MS Office tools, particularly Word and Excel, to create reports, presentations, and other HR-related documents.
