Job Description

This role combines HR hiring, communication, website coordination, administrative support, and LinkedIn/digital presence management. It is ideal for someone who can handle multiple responsibilities in a professional firm environment.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
Source candidates, including CA, semi-qualified CA, articles, and advocates.
Screen resumes and conduct telephonic initial rounds.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with ICAI for placements.
Maintain hiring MIS and manage onboarding and documentation.
Communications and Branding
Manage the LinkedIn company page.
Prepare weekly posts on tax updates, hiring needs, and firm updates.
Coordinate content requirements with partners.
Support basic content drafting when required.
Website Coordination
Coordinate updates and tasks with the web developer.
Maintain website updates on openings, team changes, and events.
Administrative Responsibilities
Manage partner calendars and scheduling.
Handle travel and ticket bookings.
Maintain office documentation.
Coordinate tasks between Fort and Malad offices.
Internal HR Tasks
Manage employee engagement activities and celebrations.
Coordinate inductions.
Maintain HR records.
