Human Resources Generalist

As an experienced HR professional with 5-8 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in managing HR practices and employee relations effectively. Your expertise will be essential in handling various HR functions with ease and efficiency. Your key responsibilities will include managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding new employees. You will also be responsible for addressing employee concerns, providing guidance on HR policies, and fostering a positive work environment through effective employee relations. In addition, you will be tasked with developing and implementing performance appraisal systems to ensure timely reviews and feedback. Identifying training needs and organizing relevant training sessions for employee skill enhancement will also be part of your responsibilities. Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies will be paramount in this role. You will be expected to prepare and present HR metrics and reports to the management to provide insights and facilitate decision-making.
