In this role, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, promoting positive employee relations, and ensuring the seamless execution of people processes across the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of attention to detail, knowledge of compliance, empathetic communication, and practical problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate will have minimum 2-3 years HR experience.


Work Model & Location:

Work from Office - Onsite, Gurugram, India.


Compensation:

₹4.2 LPA


Core Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Stakeholders to identify staffing needs, design and update job descriptions. 
  • Oversee full-cycle of recruitment efforts
  • Managing the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the company.
  • Addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Identifying training needs, coordinating workshops, and supporting employee development initiatives.
  • Administering employee benefits programs and other perks.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Implementing initiatives to improve employee morale and engagement.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of core HR experience.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
