Job Title: Senior Finance Associate / Finance Manager Location: Noida Experience: 3–7 years About the Role: We are looking for a strong in-house finance professional with solid experience in core accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in general accounting, payroll management, financial reporting, statutory audits, and internal controls—preferably within a B2B or B2C product-based environment such as HealthTech or AdTech startups. Key Responsibilities: General Accounting: Manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate bookkeeping, and oversee journal entries, reconciliations, and ledgers. Month-End / Year-End Closures: Lead the preparation of financial statements and closing activities on a monthly and yearly basis. Financial Reporting & Audits: Prepare financial reports in accordance with applicable standards; coordinate and manage statutory and internal audits. Payroll Management: Handle end-to-end payroll processing, including compliance with relevant tax and labor laws. Compliance & Internal Controls: Ensure adherence to statutory compliance requirements (GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, etc.) and support the implementation and monitoring of internal controls. Mandatory Qualifications: Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred or MBA in Finance from a Tier-1 institute. Work Experience: 3+ years (if CA) or 5+ years (if MBA Finance) in core finance roles within in-house finance teams. Must not be from a consulting background. Direct experience with general accounting, financial reporting, audits, payroll, and internal compliance is mandatory . Preferred Background: Prior experience in product-based startups or companies—especially in the HealthTech or AdTech space. Candidates from companies such as Tata 1mg, HealthKart, Redcliffe Labs, Fitpass, Tyroo, Xapads, Enlytical , etc., will be given preference. As an ERP (e-Automate) Developer, you will be responsible for the development, administration, and support of the ERP Application. This includes tasks such as installation, integration of 3rd party applications/devices, business analysis, and maintenance of the ERP application. You will also be expected to develop and integrate complex MIS reports/Dashboards using Crystal Report. Additionally, you will be involved in backend SQL Server database update and maintenance, including creating tables, views, and complex Stored Procedures based on business requirements. Your role will also involve supporting end users by identifying, analyzing, and resolving/troubleshooting issues, as well as escalating them as necessary to ensure solutions are implemented. Providing technical support to users and conducting ongoing support and administrative training will be part of your responsibilities. Regularly performing database clean-up procedures and implementing future releases/enhancements are also key aspects of this role. Collaboration with various functions and end users to identify, document, and communicate standard business processes will be required. You will also be responsible for the installation and configuration of the application on users" PCs/Servers and should have basic knowledge in Print Management Software. Troubleshooting any problems arising from system software and applications and providing installation, maintenance, and support of user desktop PCs hardware/software are also within your scope of work. In terms of experience, a minimum of 5+ years of experience in ERP/Application Development is required, along with at least one end-to-end ERP Application Implementation and a minimum of 3 years of experience in Post ERP Implementation support. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer application is the minimum qualification expected. The technical skills necessary for this role include SQL Server, Crystal Report, C#, and ASP.Net. Additionally, having functional skills in ERP Modules such as Sales, Service, Inventory, and Logistics will be beneficial for this position.,
