As a Human Resources Generalist at Sectona, your primary responsibilities will include: - Talent Acquisition: - Utilizing various methods like job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to identify potential candidates. - Assessing qualifications and suitability through resume screening and initial interviews. - Overseeing the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a positive experience for all applicants. - Promoting the company culture and values to attract top talent. - HR Operations: - Facilitating a smooth onboarding process for new hires. - Addressing employee inquiries and concerns related to HR policies, benefits, and operational topics. - Maintaining accurate employee records and managing HR documentation. - Utilizing HR information systems (HRIS) and applicant tracking systems (ATS) for efficient data management. - Employee Engagement Initiatives: - Designing and implementing programs to enhance employee engagement. - Coordinating employee engagement plans and executing related activities. - Fostering open communication and a sense of belonging within the organization. - Training: - Coordinating training sessions and ensuring a positive learning environment. Qualifications and Skills: - Graduate/ Post-graduate preferably in Human Resource (BA, BMM, MHRM, MHRD). - 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, preferably with exposure to HR operations. - Good written and verbal communication skills. - Experience in sourcing techniques, candidate assessment, interview techniques, and developing recruitment strategies. - Ability to manage multiple priorities, tasks, and deadlines efficiently. - Analyzing recruitment metrics, identifying trends, and developing solutions for improved processes. - Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and other relevant software and tools. - Ability to effectively negotiate with candidates and stakeholders. - Willingness to learn.,
