Job Description

Role Overview: As a Human Resources Generalist at Sectona, you will be responsible for various key functions within the HR department to ensure the smooth operation and success of the organization. Your primary responsibilities will include talent acquisition, HR operations, employee engagement initiatives, and training coordination. Key Responsibilities: - Talent Acquisition: - Utilize various methods like job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to identify potential candidates. - Assess qualifications and suitability through resume screening and initial interviews. - Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle from candidate identification to offer acceptance. - Promote the company culture and values to attract top talent and enhance the employer's brand. - HR Operations: - Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires. - Address employee inquiries and concerns related to HR policies, benefits, and operational topics. - Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation. - Utilize HR information systems (HRIS) and applicant tracking systems (ATS) for efficient data management. - Employee Engagement Initiatives: - Design and implement programs to enhance employee engagement. - Coordinate employee engagement plans and execute related activities. - Foster open communication and a sense of belonging within the organization. - Training: - Coordinate training sessions, schedule, and ensure a positive learning environment. Qualification Required: - Graduate/Post-graduate preferably in Human Resource (BA, BMM, MHRM, MHRD). - 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, preferably with exposure to HR operations or a generalist HR role. - Good written and verbal communication skills. - Experience in sourcing techniques, candidate assessment, interview techniques, and recruitment strategies. - Ability to manage multiple priorities, tasks, and deadlines efficiently. - Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and other relevant software and tools. - Ability to effectively negotiate with candidates and stakeholders. - Willingness to learn.,
