Human Resources - Generalist

As a HR Generalist at Clarus, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining human resources administration processes. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing, implementing, and maintaining human resources administration processes and activities associated with employee information, retrieval capabilities, and support - Providing support for recruiting in administration and hiring in the system - Reviewing and providing guidance on developing overall recruitment - Ensuring seamless support for all human resources administration processes - Identifying areas for process improvements and providing process solutions for nonstandard sub-process activities - Updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) - Providing reporting on the performance of individuals/teams and the human resources function - Overseeing performance management processes and control - Fostering strong relationships with employees and team members - Conceptualizing and executing employee engagement activities - Striving to create an employer of choice positioning for the organization - Driving employee referral programs and initiatives Qualifications required for this role: - Graduate degree in human resources management or equivalent degree - 1-4 years of experience in human resources management - Proficiency in the local language - Strong written and verbal skills - Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills - Knowledge of labor laws and regulations - Knowledge and experience in a specialized area of HR processes and HR systems - Attention to detail - Very good time management skills - Flexibility to work in shifts, including night shifts If you join Clarus, you can expect an attractive salary package, Saturday & Sunday fixed off, and other benefits.
