Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist located in Indore. The Human Resources Generalist will handle day-to-day HR tasks including HR management, Recruitment, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and benefits administration. The role requires someone who can manage various aspects of human resources effectively to ensure the smooth functioning of the restaurant's operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Skills in Benefits Administration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site setting
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
