We emphasize organic ingredients, offering classic homely dishes like curries and thalis, as well as baked goods through our Mitti Bakes segment.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Accountant at our Indore location. The Sr. Accountant will be responsible for managing and overseeing daily accounting operations, including the preparation of financial statements, budget forecasts, and reporting. Additional tasks include ensuring compliance with accounting regulations, conducting audits, managing payroll, and handling tax activities. The Sr. Accountant will also be responsible for analyzing financial data to provide insights and recommendations for financial planning and strategies aimed at improving the financial health of the organization.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in financial reporting, accounting regulations, and compliance
• Experience in budget forecasting, financial statement preparation, and audits
• Skills in payroll management and tax activities
• Ability to analyze financial data and provide insightful recommendations
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred
• Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
