Role Overview

HR Executive

Ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a focus on compliance, accuracy, and smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage new employee joining formalities

  , documentation, and background verification

• Oversee issuance

  of punch cards, lunch cards, uniforms, and lockers for new joiners

• Enroll employees

  into HR systems, POS, and maintain the associate database

• Maintain trackers

  for locker cards, dormitory allocation, and uniform issuance

• Coordinate shift schedules

  , consolidate attendance, and process shift changes

• Follow up on missing statutory documents

  and ensure timely deactivation of exiting employees from systems

• Liaise with technical teams

  for locker resets, repairs, and issuing replacement locker cards

What You Bring

• 3 to 5 years

  of hands-on experience in HR operations and administration

• MBA in HR

  or equivalent qualification
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
• Proven experience in onboarding, documentation, and employee record management
• Familiarity with HR systems, attendance tracking, and shift scheduling
• Ability to coordinate with technical teams for system and equipment support
• Excellent communication skills, with

  proficiency in Telugu

  preferred
• High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
