Human Resources Executive

• Recruits, Interview, Hires, and Trains new staff in the department.
• Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
• Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations. Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
• Interacts with all the employees, brings their issues and problems to the table, and gets it resolved.
• Responsible for the well maintenance of the staff accommodation and efficient operation of staff cafeteria.
• Responsible for application of relevant licenses and renewal of agreements with external stakeholders (accommodation, owners, third party etc.)
• Executes HR KRAs and ensures success of the function.
• Always adheres to and propagates the laid HR SOPs and policies to all employees.
• Takes ownership of MCompliance and other portals.
• Is an ESOPS champion for the resort
