Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Human Resources Executive located in Thane. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, addressing employee relations issues, and supporting overall human resources management. Daily tasks will include coordinating recruitment efforts, conducting employee training, maintaining compliance with regulations, and enhancing employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
• Experience in managing HR Operations and HR Policies
• Skills in handling Employee Relations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements related to HR
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience:- 3 to 4 Years

Salary:- 360000 CTC
