Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Thiruvananthapuram. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, handling employee relations, and ensuring the implementation of HR policies. Daily tasks include overseeing HR management practices, coordinating with different departments, and providing support to employees to foster a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
• Experience in HR Operations and the development of HR policies
• Strong Employee Relations skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
• Experience in the activewear or any garment industry is plus
