Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR professional located in Thiruvananthapuram. The HR professional will be responsible for managing human resource functions, implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and managing personnel-related issues. Day-to-day tasks include recruitment, onboarding, performance management, policy development, and addressing employee concerns.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
• Experience with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
