Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, located in West Bengal, India. The Human Resources Executive will handle day-to-day HR tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Responsibilities also include developing and implementing HR policies, conducting training sessions, and maintaining employee records. The role requires close collaboration with various departments to ensure a positive work environment and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Knowledge of performance management, compliance with labor laws, and HR policies
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to conduct training sessions and maintain employee records
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the logistics industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
