Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, located in Ahmedabad. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, handling employee relations, implementing HR policies, and managing Payroll. The individual will play a crucial role in maintaining effective communication and support within the organisation.

Qualifications

• HR Management and HR Operations skills
• Employee Relations and HR Policies skills
• Strong understanding of Human Resources (HR) concepts and practices
• Managing Payroll
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is beneficial
• Previous experience in the retail or hospitality industry is a plus
