Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in New Delhi. The Human Resources Executive will oversee HR operations, manage employee relations, and implement and maintain HR policies. The day-to-day tasks include managing recruitment processes, onboarding new hires, handling employee grievances, ensuring compliance with labor laws, conducting performance reviews, and developing HR strategies.

Qualifications

• HR Management and HR Operations skills
• Employee Relations and HR Policies skills
• Expertise in Human Resources (HR)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in New Delhi
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in a similar HR role is a plus
