Location:

Ahmedabad (Work from Office)

What you’ll do:

Manage the full recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
Build strong candidate pipelines for different roles.
Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth hiring experience.
Work closely with founders and team leads to understand hiring needs.

What we’re looking for:

1–4 years of experience in recruitment (startup/D2C/e-commerce experience is a plus).
Strong communication and people skills.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
A passion for building teams and shaping culture.
