Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition:

   Manage the full-cycle recruitment process – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding – to ensure timely and effective hiring.

2. Job Posting:

   Draft engaging job descriptions and post openings across job portals, social media, and professional networks to attract top talent.

3. Pipeline Management:

   Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet both current and future hiring needs.

4. Interview Coordination:

   Schedule, conduct, and facilitate interviews while collaborating with hiring managers to ensure a smooth selection process.

5. Employer Branding:

   Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen BabyOrgano’s position as an employer of choice.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (preferably in FMCG, D2C, or consumer goods industry).
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, job portals, and social media recruitment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR/recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.).
