At BabyOrgano, we’re not just building a Kids wellness brand - we’re mordenizing Ayruveda for new age parents! As a Founder’s Office, you’ll work directly with the founder, getting hands-on exposure to every part of building a brand from scratch.

What You’ll Do

• Assist founders in daily operations & strategy execution
• Hunt & source trendy products
• Contribute to brand building & growth experiments
• Create content and manage social media presence
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers & customers
• Analyze market trends and pitch fresh ideas
• Hustle, learn fast, and execute like a one-man army

What We’re Looking For

• Passion for entrepreneurship, startups & D2C brands
• Strong problem-solving & research skills
• Ownership mindset, able to work independently
• Creativity in content & brand growth
• Willingness to hustle, experiment & learn on the go
• Prior exposure to e-commerce, d2c, or wellness (bonus!)
