Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Nagpur for a Human Resources Executive Recruitment. The Human Resources Executive Recruitment will be responsible for managing HR operations, handling employee relations, enforcing HR policies, and overseeing general HR management tasks. The role requires close collaboration with hiring managers to identify and attract top talent, conducting interviews, and coordinating the onboarding process. Additionally, the HR Executive will ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations and participate in strategic planning to support business goals. Qualifications HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills Experience in HR Operations and Employee Relations Knowledge of HR Policies and procedures Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively and handle confidential information Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Prior experience in recruitment or a similar role is a plus
