Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Punjab, India. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing daily HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, handling employee relations, and ensuring efficient HR management. The role involves onboarding new employees, conducting performance reviews, and maintaining compliance with employment regulations.

Qualifications

• HR Operations, HR Policies, and HR Management skills
• Experience in Employee Relations and Human Resources (HR)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a team and independently
• Master degree in Human Resources,
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
