Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for overseeing HR management and operations, handling employee relations, and implementing HR policies. Daily tasks will include employee recruitment, onboarding, maintaining compliance with HR regulations, managing employee records, and facilitating communication between management and employees.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Management and HR Operations
• Proficiency in Employee Relations and HR Policies
• Comprehensive understanding of Human Resources (HR) practices
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the technology or virtualization industry is a plus
