Role Description:

HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Draft and publish job descriptions across job portals and social platforms.
• Maintain structured candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Facilitate onboarding processes and ensure completion of documentation.
• Coordinate induction/orientation for new hires.
• Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
• Support employee engagement and employee relations activities.
• Assist in executing performance appraisal cycles and documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies and process improvements.
• Handle minor conflicts professionally and escalate complex matters when necessary.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain attendance/leave data.
• Use Microsoft Office tools for documentation, reporting, and daily HR operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR functions.
• Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Understanding of HR policies, compliance, and performance management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Mandatory).
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field (Preferred).
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
