Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in West Delhi. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, and maintaining employee relations. Day-to-day tasks will include handling recruitment processes, managing employee records, conducting orientation and training programs, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The role also involves overseeing employee benefits, addressing employee grievances, and contributing to a positive workplace environment.

Qualifications

• HR Management and HR Operations skills
• Experience in Employee Relations and HR Policies
• Proficient in Human Resources (HR) practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus
