  1. Draft job advertisements

    : Should be able to create innovative job posts for social media hiring handles.
  2. Conducting Interviews:

    Schedule personal interviews
  3. Execute employee initiatives:

    Ideate and organize employee engagement activities like work-anniversaries, town halls, festivals and support team with innovative employee engagement ideas.
  4. Recruitment : Handle Talent acquisition for intern and junior level positions

  5. Onboarding of Employees

  6. Employee Communication: Take

    regular feedback regarding the activities.
  7. HR Content Development

    : Collaborate with the Social Media team to suggest content to showcase IPLIX’s culture and support hiring process.
