Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, located in Patna. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing daily HR operations, maintaining employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, and supporting the overall HR management function. The role also involves handling recruitment processes, facilitating employee engagement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
