Human Resources Executive

Growvertix is a performance marketing agency helping D2C & e-commerce brands scale with data-driven strategies. With a growing team of media buyers, designers, and strategists, we are looking for an HR Executive who can build strong internal processes and create a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Write job postings and manage listings on LinkedIn, Naukri, and job portals.
• Source and screen candidates through resumes, calls, and interviews.
• Coordinate with team heads for manpower requirements.
• Conduct interviews, maintain a candidate pipeline, and ensure smooth hiring.

Onboarding & Documentation

• Draft HR documents: Offer letters, Appointment letters, Internship letters, Exit letters, Termination letters.
• Conduct employee onboarding, induction, and training sessions.
• Maintain employee records and contracts.

Employee Engagement & Office Culture

• Plan team activities, events, and motivational sessions.
• Handle employee grievances and ensure a positive work environment.
• Conduct feedback sessions and monthly check-ins.

Attendance, Leave & Payroll Support

• Maintain attendance, leave records, and biometrics.
• Coordinate with accounts for salary processing.
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies.

Performance Management

• Support managers in setting KPIs for team members.
• Track performance reviews and appraisals.
• Highlight underperformance cases to management.

Compliance & HR Operations

• Maintain HR policies and update as required.
• Ensure labor law compliance (if applicable: PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
• Handle disciplinary issues in alignment with company guidelines.

Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience as HR Executive / HR Generalist.
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of HR operations, recruitment portals, and compliance.
• Proficient in MS Office & Google Workspace.
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced agency environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
