Performance Marketing Executive Meta Ads (Sales Focused)

As a Performance Marketing Executive at Growvertix Solution Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in utilizing meta ads on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram to drive sales for various D2C brands. Your responsibilities will include planning, setting up, and optimizing ad campaigns, focusing on driving eCommerce sales, and supporting Shopify stores with product uploads and basic optimization. Additionally, you will be monitoring ad performance, preparing reports, and collaborating with the creative team to deliver compelling ad creatives and copy. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in planning, setting up, and optimizing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns to drive sales. - Focus on driving eCommerce sales and conversions through performance marketing strategies. - Support in managing Shopify stores by handling product uploads, basic store optimization, and app integrations. - Monitor ad performance, prepare reports, and provide insights for improvement. - Learn and implement techniques for A/B testing, audience segmentation, and budget allocation. - Collaborate with the creative team to deliver compelling ad creatives and copy. - Track and manage conversions through Meta Pixel and Shopify analytics. The ideal candidate for this role should have a basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and the Shopify platform. You should possess an eagerness to learn and grow in the field of performance marketing, along with an analytical mindset, attention to detail, and strong time management skills. Must-Have Skills: - Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram ads). - Understanding of the Shopify platform (store backend, products, apps). - Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of performance marketing. - An analytical mindset and ability to work with data and reports. - Strong attention to detail and time management.
