What You’ll Do

• Own and manage client accounts alongside Sales —

  you close, they close

• Understand hiring needs like a business partner, not an HR clerk.
• Use our AI-powered platform to source, screen, and deliver candidates in record time.
• Keep pipelines hot and clients even hotter (with your speed + communication).
• Smash your targets, track your numbers, and make every hire count.
• Build long-term relationships — turn one-time clients into loyal revenue streams.

What You Bring

• 1–3 years of experience in

  recruitment or talent acquisition

  (agency/startup preferred).
• You can talk to anyone — from interns to CTOs — and make them want to work with you.
• You’re hungry, target-driven, and allergic to slow hiring.
• You love metrics — closures, time-to-fill, revenue per account — because you win with data.

• You’ve worked in

  account-based hiring

• You’ve used ATS or AI tools before (and didn’t hate them).
