Human Resources Executive

You will be working as a Human Resources Executive at Frisch Medical Devices Private Limited, a CE-certified Indian manufacturer specializing in cardiovascular products. The role is full-time and on-site, based in Vapi, with responsibilities including HR management, operations, employee relations, HR policies, and general human resources tasks. Your qualifications should include skills in HR management and operations, experience in employee relations and HR policies, knowledge of HR principles, strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to handle confidential information discreetly, a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, and experience in the medical devices industry is a plus. Your location of work will be at the plant in Acchad (Near Bhilad), with company transportation available from Vapi. You will be part of the HR department and report to the CEO/MD/Director/CFO. The employment type for this role is full-time, with office hours from 9 AM to 5 PM, working week starting from Friday (with Sunday working), requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience. The salary range for this position is between 25,000 to 30,000 per month.,
