Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Delhi, India. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee relations, and ensuring HR compliance. Day-to-day tasks include recruiting, onboarding, managing employee records, handling employee grievances, and providing strategic HR support. The role requires close collaboration with multiple departments to support organizational growth and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications

• HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
• Experience in HR Operations and developing HR Policies
• Strong Employee Relations skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India
• Previous experience in the education consultancy industry is a plus
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
