Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Gurugram. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing and overseeing HR operations, handling employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, and overall human resources management. Daily tasks include coordinating recruitment processes, managing employee records, conducting performance appraisals, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
• Strong skills in Employee Relations and HR Policies
• Comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources (HR)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Relevant experience in HR roles preferred
