Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
• Maintain and update HR records while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Support performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives.
• Handle employee queries and provide HR-related assistance.
• Contribute to training, development programs, and other HR activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of HR policies, processes, and labor laws.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (knowledge of HR software will be an added advantage).
