Job Description

Role Overview: You will be assisting the Director of HR in various disciplinary and investigation procedures to ensure hotel policy and legal compliance. Additionally, you will play a key role in resourcing and recruitment efforts to maintain a strong talent pipeline both internally and externally. Your responsibilities will also include managing colleague services such as accommodation and the colleagues" restaurant to uphold cleanliness and service standards. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the operation of Colleagues Accommodation, including maintenance, events, food safety, security measures, and room inspections in collaboration with the Accommodation Manager. - Oversee the efficient flow of services in the Colleagues Restaurant with the Colleagues Restaurant Supervisor. - Plan and execute colleagues engagement events in alignment with IHG initiatives. - Manage colleague transport services to ensure safe and convenient support for their wellbeing. - Supervise the organization of various events throughout the year to boost colleague morale. - Monitor the Performance Management Cycle and ensure compliance with IHG guidelines. - Manage purchasing requests and procedures for the department. - Conduct exit interviews and handle the end-of-service process. - Ensure HR department standards align with HR and Brand Audit requirements. - Collaborate with the company to achieve compliance with Fire, Life, and Safety legislation. - Take responsibility for colleagues" adherence to work standards and safety protocols. - Report all accidents, occurrences, or hazards promptly. - Submit regular reports as needed in a timely manner. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in HR operations, preferably in the hospitality industry. - Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR best practices. - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. - Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team. - Knowledge of legal requirements and standards related to HR functions. - Proficiency in MS Office and HR software. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
